Qi Gong Workout/Practice – Focus: Liver/Heart
This class will provide instruction on the Medical Qi Gong postures and sounds to simultaneously purge the toxic energies out of the major organ energy systems (heart, liver, spleen, lungs and kidneys). Such purging will assist in maintaining optimal health and stress management.
